The Return of RUMPELSTILTSKIN (C)2010

Chicago, IL USA

It's not that he even went away. People just grew up and left him there. In the pages of a book. Many books (as a matter of fact) where pages would be turned if somebody opened that book and sat down for a few moments. Allowing this to happen always depends on the competition and if there was enough time to find out what Rumpel(short for Rumpelstiltskin) - altho it could be shortened to

RUMP
or RUM

was up to.

If you're a fairy tale, you might not be believed. Mothers (new ones at that) were more prone to read their babies and tots about "people" like RUMPELSTILTSKIN as they were believable to a degress and then NOT.

Not was never a nice place to be. RUMPEL often felt that because of his dwarf size and the fact that he lived alone out in the woods of a German Forest -- far away from industrialization and the nearest iPod, that he would be an outcast. And he certainly did as high technology soared after both World Wars - the wars to end all wars ceased...for a spell...in the Mid 1900s.

Beginning with a classic fairy tale (which is nothing but a heap of lies in nature) that can not be proven - and could never be proven through DNA is not really that hard to do. Every fairy tale starts off like a media story.

Who is in it
What is the character like
When did this story take place
Where did the main character get his ideas to do whatever he plans on
Why do you think the story turned out like it did...

And when a RETURN OF is permitted, you know (as an audience of readers or movie goers) that...when all is said; written and done...that a new and improved Version of...in this case...

Rumpelstiltskin

will be released. Disclaimers aside, it's just fun to say:

Rumpelstiltskin

no matter what age you are and what age you reside in.

Joe Koopersmith - @ 55!

Chicago, IL:

Today my Kid Brother - Motorcycle Wizard Extraordinaire and best bro in the world -

JOEL STEVEN KOOPERSMITH

turns 55. Double Nickels is what he calls it!

A finer brother never lived -- because he has a great older sister - ME. One year Joey celebrated his birthday by ways of a home-made apple pie. What more can be said that sibling rivalry hasn't already recorded.

Happy Birthday, JOE! And, many, many more!

Celebrating ROD SERLING: 2010

Chicago, IL USA:

One of the great things about writing is that the writer gets the opportunity to research. That's what I was doing a few minutes ago when I stumbled upon the fact that 1 of my favorite writers of all time - timeless as he was, ROD SERLING - known for The Twilight Zone and many other award-winning productions has a very important date coming up.

On Monday, June 28, 2010, it will be 35 years that Mr. Serling passed away. Years that passed away quicker than the commercials between his scenes.

I've often thought of him throughout the years and WHAT ELSE could have been written if he had only been given an extra 50 years to live, having died in his prime at age 50. What he left can never be reproduced as there was only one ROD SERLING.

As 'America's Premier Eventologist' the date of JUNE 28, 2010 (and that weekend) should be used to honor Mr. Serling across the world -- and continue to serve as inspiration to those of us who love to write.

Help Pounce heal...calling all CAT Lovers...Unite to help a Kitty.

Chicago, IL USA

There's nothing sweeter than a little Cat -- and this one at:

THE NORTH SHORE ANIMAL LEAGUE of AMERICA

needs our immediate help. As a kitten, she lost one of her eyes and needs surgery. She's in the hands now of humans who love her, but she has many fulfilling lives ahead to lead. Check out her video made of her escapades at:

http://www.nsalamerica.org/help-me-heal/hmh_animals/pounce-video.html?log-event=sp2f-view-item&nid=130627005

And you will see how she still acts as a frisky darling kitten regardless of her disability -- indeed a story we can all learn from.

More info on POUNCE is found at:

(Please post this link on blogs, MySpace, Facebook and elsewhere!)

Support the Help Me Heal Program... This extraordinary program helps animals receive the surgery and medical care they need to live healthy and happy lives.

As an animal lover, this organization is one of the tops in America. My Mother turned me on to it several weeks ago. Every day at:

www.theanimalrescuesite.org

you can FEED the Animals - by just clicking a button - you are feeding a hungry animal. This takes a fraction of a second and yet it fills a hungry tummy.

Don't just read this, due your part today!

THANK YOU.

What destroyed the Dinosaurs. We finally know! It wasn't Fast Food.

Chicago, IL:

My comments read as:

This is a fabulous article and one that we novice and amateur Scientists and Writers have been looking forward to know -- well, let's say since MAN-kind arrived on the planet and discovered their first dinosaur fossil and wondered why the Dinosaur disappeared. Just google that year to find out exactly when that was if you're that curious. The wonders of Nature never seem to cease. Now, that we have that question out of the way, what else can we wonder about?

What a Rough Week - When the Good die Young...

Chicago, IL USA:

The days are getting longer.

The chill is leaving the Chicagoland Airwaves.

However, the sad news came in - via an email and reading through the Chicago Reader that a fellow Classmate from the Class of 1970 - Robert Becker died in December and
Chicago Poet Effie Mihopolous is having a memorial this evening.

It pays to be able to read as alot of our news and messages comes through the Written Word -- whether it's email or a column in a newspaper...and how quickly it can make you appreciate for the simplest things in life.

Bob and Effie will be sorely missed.

From The Creator of HUG A G.I. DAY ©1996 - 15 Years in the Making.

Chicago, IL USA: March the 4th is the only date in Calendrical Time that is a military command -- as in 'March 4th'. This date is also Chicago's 173rd birthday...and it is one of ASK's most popular HOLIDATES. Back by popular demand, the following is a Reprint of this incredible KOOPERSMITHIAN HOLIDATES TO CELEBRATE:

From The Creator of HUG A G.I. DAY ©1996
HUG A G.I. DAY ©1996 slated annually for March 4
Celebrating its 13TH Year in 2008

They risk their Lives and Limbs for our Freedoms. Sometimes they lose both. This multi-level HOLIDATE employs the Act & Art of Writing and Visiting Veteran Hospitals. Activities are encouraged to be undertaken by those heading Synagogues, Churches & Schools to thereby salute our Military Branches today of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine and Navy. Combative Military Units are defending our Freedoms every Day across The World. Today (on the 62ND or 63RD Day of the Year, considering the Presence or Absence of Leap Year Day) they are saluted in a congenial way to lift their Spirits.

According to KOOPERSMITH, March 4TH is the only Date in Calendrical Time that is a Military Command as in ‘march forth.’ Technically at 3:04 AM and again at 3:04 PM, a Moment of Silence is observed for those who have lost their Lives in Battles, Conflicts and Wars and to remember those still in a defensive mode. The Traditional Events of Memorial Day, The 4TH of July, Labor Day and Veteran’s Day prevail, but ASK’s HUG A G.I. DAY ©1996 may be the most resplendid HOLIDATE ever invented as it gracefully stands on its own Merits and leads in Popularity in ASK’s Top Ten HOLIDATES.

Apart from any other popular Event, Civilians (of all Ages) can fully commemorate HUG A G.I. DAY ©1996 without leaving home by showing that they care in a wide variety of clever ways. Learning the important Lesson of Self-Sacrifice enforces this HOLIDATE’s lifelong Experience.

TV, RADIO, WEBCASTS, PUBLICATION & STORY IDEAS:

1. ASK (as a Contributor to your Publication) will scour her HUG A G.I. DAY ©1996 book and explain to your Readers how to PROPERLY celebrate this lively HOLIDATE that thoughtfully salutes our Military Personnel.

2. Assign one of your Senior Staff Writers to interview ASK regarding the 5W’s of Journalism and how she created this unique Event, now in its 13TH year.

3. By the same Token, you may wish to HIRE ASK for 2008 for your Publication in a Column called: ASK, THE EVENTOLOGIST ®.

4. For TV/Radio & Webcasts: Produce a Segment where ASK salutes Soldiers globally, bringing into the Studio some of our Men & Women serving in The Military who are home on leave. A huge Card can be set up in the Foyer/Lobby of the respective TV/Radio Station where ASK is holding and hosting this day-long Event. Later, this Card (with attached Photos and Messages) will be sent to Military Barracks after fully signed.

5. Invite ASK to read to your Classes and/or Social Clubs Excerpts of her 2006 HUG A G.I. Day ©1996 Book -- marking it's 10TH Year Eventological Anniversary.

6. Hug A G.I. Day ©1996 has been condensed into a 16-page Children’s Book, suitable for ages 3-8 in order for them to be properly introduced to the Eventological Style of Living Life in the 21ST Century. That Equation focuses on a healthier and wiser Outlook, instilling the Eight (8) Virtues that ASK: Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith inspires in others and promotes under the Auspices of:

EVENTOLOGY ®
The ART of EVENT-Making
Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith’s Campaigns For Humanity ©1990.

An Assortment of Chicago Talent (Illustrators, Fine Artists, Water Colorists, Graphic Artists, Computer Graphic Artists and Cartoonists, as well as using ASK’s own Photographs) have been employed to illustrate said HOLIDATE ® according to Koopersmith’s specific Instructions. An astute Book Publisher (preferably from New York City) who has been in the Book Industry for 50+ years is currently being sought to distribute this poignant Series. Her ultimate Plan includes all 1,500+ of these classic, unique and original HOLIDATES, a complete Series (that fall into 35 specific Categories) and deluxe EVENT-O-PEDIA ® Set.

CLOSING STATEMENT:

Booklets and/or Info Sheets are/were created for this and the other 1,500+ HOLIDATES (that are housed in 35 distinct Genres) and are updated regularly. ASK’s EVENT-O-PEDIA ® was released in 1997. Upon EVENTOLOGY’s 20TH Year Anniversary, another EVENT Encyclopedia will be published.

PREDICTIONS FOR 2008: According to ADRIENNE SIOUX KOOPERSMITH, Thematic Events are now aptly called:

EVENTHEMES ®

This Concept is elaborated moreso in THE CHRONICLES OF EVENTOLOGY ® and is the Basis of KOOPERSMITH’s 1,500+ HOLIDATES TO CELEBRATE. All HOLIDATES ® are meticulously placed on specifically chosen Dates of Appeal and specialized Seasons of The Year and have a decisive Theme and Drill that can be used for a wide Array of School Curriculums, Parties, Marketing Studies, Slow News Days, Social Clubs, Senior Citizen Gatherings, Radio & TV Programming, Life-in-General, etc.

Because People are partial and gravitate towards Themes (in which they can plan future Activities around), ADRIENNE SIOUX KOOPERSMITH’s HOLIDATES (that fall into 35 specific Categories) are ideal in which to layout a Calendar, an Editorial Month or a Family’s, Individuals’, Media or School’s Agenda.
