One of the many reasons I am thinking of this is becuz I am clad in skin and as I type this at the local library here in Chicago, the city is a mix of many people - of different shapes, sizes and skin tones -- all (if they are virtually good and not criminally-minded people) have something good to do and say. Letting their message be marred by prejudice and mixed symbols and messages only destroys that exchange. Think about what TRULY MATTERS as you tend to today's business and the business @ hand.
See where you fall in this 'ladder' and there's always time and room for improvement.

SKiN ©2010: The Script, The Book & The Odyssey. The May 6, 2010 Edition.
Chicago, IL USA: The great thing about being in the SKiN you are in is that you can make the most of it. After all, there are 24 hours in a given day and if you even stay up and produce for 1/2 that amount of time, you'll have a heap of positives accumulated by the end of the day. Keep doing this and it's bound to get bigger and better.
With that thought in mind, I decided to improve the communication skills here at KOOPERSMITH' GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS - my PRAM: Public Relations - Advertising - Marketing Firm that I've headed since 1979 - now going strong the last 31 years. How was I going to do this? By embracing Social Networks more than I do. I sat in on a terrific Seminar brought to you by the Community Media Workshop of Chicago headed by Diana Pardo where Twitter was the main topic. It's been over with by 90 minutes now and I now have 2 Tweet-ative accounts. And this could not be more fun.

CHANGING THE TOPIC NOW:
#1) I've reached 4500 miles on my Bike as of today's date since May 29, 2008.
#2) My Campaign called V-8 @ 58 (R) is working out for me. The goal is to drink 3 glasses of V-8 every day through May, 2010 and see how it improves my health - ie: via the SKiN that I'm in. If I connect #1 with #2, the results may prove beneficial. That's the aim as summer grows nearer. And won't that call for a fine TWEET n TWITTER

SKiN ©2010: The Script, The Book & The Odyssey. The May 5, 2010 Edition.

It's Cinqo de Maio and that means there's celebration in the air for Hispanics, Latinos and others who just like to party-down in whatever color skin they are in. While perusing the Internet, I see that Time Magazine is honoring their top 100 people. That's an idea that has deeper meaning than just flaunting those that have a bit more clout than the rest of us. Today in 'our world' everyone has to be represented equally and fairly, otherwise, the powers that be the WATCH-DOGS for such discrimiatory groups will be pounding on your door, trumpeting that that action is not the correct one to proceed with. And, for once, people of color get a chance to show what they are all about after too many years of hate, bigotry and other such transgressions.
That's 1 of the interesting things about my 6-Part Novel and 6 Movie Scripts called:

because we're all represented here; talked about; analyzed and complimented whether we are in furs, flesh, fin or feathers.

Chicago, IL USA: It's important to pay attention to the SKiN you are in. This is because, although plastic surgeries can incur and be undertaken, you're basically who you are, whether you undergo cosmetic tendencies or not. That's one of the finer points that is highlighted in my Release called:

but it's far more than that. The 6-part book and subsequent movie scripts details 3 very important topics that need our immediate attention. Those are:
Racism
Mixed Signals &
What matters.
When was the last time you received a mixed signal? Are mixed signals a lie? Even a very small 'white lie?' Did you meet someone who could become 'very special' - did they say they were going to call and now days later, you've not heard from them? Did you give them a fake phone number? Did they give you an old email address? What's becoming of relationships 'these days' when a mixed signal can absolutely ruin a prospect? Is too much excess causing Mixed Signals to surface more than ever before? This definitely could be and become the case. I did not have to go far to 'absorb' scenarios on the topic of MIXED SIGNALS when I wrote SKiN (C)2009 which basically took 3 months to do...
but like all 'good writers' -- or writers that aim to be good or at least sincere to their Art & Craft, it was the rewriting that definitely took THE TIME. In my particular case, the penning and composition of its 3 (of 6) movie scripts began on August 8, 2009 and was completed on April 8, 2010. Now all 3 are in Los Angeles, being read by industry pros...
And the Venture goes on, no matter what SKiN color you are in.

Today's Topic: How to look your best in the SKiN you are in:
Within the SKiN you are in - whether you are White, Black, Brown, Yellow or Red toned, it's important to have healthy skin. One of those ways is to eat healthily. For that reason, I have launched - via using myself as the role model, what is known as:
THE V=8 CHALLENGE
where the individual challenges himself to only 31 days - a month's worth of drinking 3 10-ounce glasses of the delicious tomato-red refreshing drink - owned by Campbell's - and a handful of reduced fat crackers for:
either 1 meal
or
as a snack substitute.
Many years ago, in order for my Mom's boyfriend to slim down, she encouraged him to drink V-8. Within a short period of time (of which she did not state), he had lost his POUCH -- a big fat belly that many men over 50 seem to attain and obtain. Not only did he look healthier, but he was healthier. For that reason and the fact that most of us want to look NICER for June and Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, I challenge you to drink up on the V-8 and enjoy some savory crackers.
Personally, I am going an extra step and am not eating desserts or bread for the month as well. Because I bike 14 miles a day -- my round trip has seen 4455 miles peddled since May 29, 2008 when I bought my latest bike.
Tomoro I will be weighing in to see what I way and see what the total monthly loss will be. It's bound to be an adventurous month here, of which I am looking forward.

This is one of the Facets that happens when a person is not only a perfectionist, but they enjoy seeing what they meant when undergoing the Process of writing and getting the Message out there.
The Eventological Designation of Merry Marketing Month of May, 2009 is a Time of getting the most accomplished as it has been and should be undertaken by all of those who need a great read for the(ir) Summer.
