Chicago's Leading Event for the Day: Manifest is being held at Columbia College Chicago today from 9AM - 9PM. A yearly event, it finalizes the school year for all the students who are graduating. This Ubran Arts Festival today on May 14, 2010 is an expression of their Creativity that is sheerly inspiring to all those who attend.
