ONE WEEK TO GO: Now that it is Wednesday, February 22, 2012, there's only 7 days left until Leap Year Day. This is a big deal. It means alot in Nature & to some of my friends it means they have 1 more Day in which NOT to pay rent. Then, there are those People who were born on Leap Year Day -- meaning if they are 20, they're actually 5, forever younger than most. Then, there's the tradition of proposing to a Man on Leap Year's Day if UR a fair young maiden, which is an age-old Tradition that goes back to the 5TH Century in Ireland.
