ASK’s ANNOUNCEMENT: According to my timer here in Chicago, there are only 7 more Days until our V8 Juice (www.V8Juice.com) Challenge is over. Amazing how those 100 days just seemed to zoom on by. I can tell I’ve lost (at least) 8 pounds – by substituting 3 10-ounce glasses of V8 Juice for something else that’s much less healthy. The Countdown is on…and it doesn’t necessarily have to stop on the 9TH…Drink Up!
