Too many Baby Chicks (Chickens) are not spared during this Week.  Across the Planet, hundreds of thousands of Egg Cartons (hoisting 12 of them at a Time) are jolted out of their Barnyards and onto the iron-cold, freezing Shelves of every Man’s Refrigerated Section at their local Grocers and Convenience Stores.  Snuffed out, those innocent and fluffy Baby Chicks  did not have a fighting Chance.  Born at the wrong Time.  How would you like to be dropped ‘n boiled ‘n dyed and then placed in a pretty straw Basket or hidden in a huge Field or served up with a Side of Horse Radish?  If this is Tradition, what Humanitarian would choose any part of this!  Change your Habits, spare The Bird.

Don’t be a Hick, spare a Chick!

Put that Egg down! Don’t be hard-boiled.

It is now Time to change that Tradition. It would be for the Best.
