ASK: Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith's Resume: 2014
Dear _____:
Please allow ME to tell YOU about
my activities in only 330 words. I
coined the term: PRAM: Public Relations – Advertising – Marketing which
is what I have been doing since the third grade, back during that other century
& millennium that we all came from 13 years ago: The 1900s. My father ran for mayor and I was there - his
‘write’ hand helper. The promotional bug
bit me, we could say. In 1979, I started
my own biz called:
KOOPERSMITH’S
GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS
“People read
what ASK writes about…”
whose motto was influenced by the
incomparable, Tommy Silverman, the founder of the New Music Seminar in NYC –
the people who discovered Madonna and many other hot bands in the 1980s.
Today, as I always do: I wake up every morning with one thought in
mind:
Who am I going
to influence today?
Who is going
to receive my posts, buzzes, 'sweet tweets' and messages?
Who is going
to see things they’ve never seen before!
With social media networking all
the rage, this is not hard to do, especially so since I am at the forefront of PRAM-ology and have built up
considerable fanfare not only for my clients but my own
stories/articles/features for a long time coming. I consider myself a:
NATURAL BORN
WRITER.
Having the distinct ability to
write about 1,900 Topics and
constantly putting myself into my clients’ shoes (whether they are sneakers or
stilettos) all helps, by making it as incredible as can be.
My resume below shows my
credentials that I’m most happy to share with you as we kick start the New Year
(minus 21 days, of course). I look forward to hearing from you and learning
more! After all, that’s what it truly is
all about, isn’t it!
Cheers, ASK: ADRiENNE SiOUX KOOPERSMiTH

CAREER OBJECTIVE #1 – SOCIAL MEDIA
NETWORKING LIAISON IN THE FIELDS OF POP CULTURE / LITERATURE / PUBLISHING /
ENTERTAINMENT BASED:
According to the new Literary Genre, EVENTOLOGY that I introduced to ‘The World’ on
Wednesday, July 25, 1990 at 9:45 PM, because the ART
(Pop Culture in vein with heavy doses of Branding in its Concepts) has gone
‘viral via several major Social Media Networks,’ intermediate marketing
knowledge asserts that Fortune 500 Companies (universal in nature) would be
highly interested in the 1,900 Topics contained in my Roster that can
assuredly advance their ploys in a platitude of ways in today’s highly
competitive arena. Therefore, I envision
myself as the(ir) ‘Spokesperson(ality)’ for any of the ever-popular and
ever-green EVENTS (aptly renamed as HOLIDATES systematically falling into 34
precise Categories) that I have creatively housed in:
EVENTOLOGY®

CAREER OBJECTIVE #2 – BUSINESS BASED:
Employing the skills (grounded and
imaginative both) garnered from the creation, development and promotion of EVENTOLOGY (sanctioned above), the position I seek
is one where I can provide promotional, editorial direction, highlighting research
as well as the 3 major social media networks of Facebook, Twitter
& LinkedIn in order to advance
and subsequently enhance the client’s interface relationships for companies and
institutions who are devoted to excellence.
This AT: Angle + Technique
are what I used above in CAREER OBJECTIVE #1
that allowed my Writings to ‘go viral.’ These Strategies will be used solely for the
advancement of the/my client’s/customer’s products and merchandise.

EDUCATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS and Misc.:
Washington University - (St. Louis, MO)
Bachelor’s Degree, May, 1974 – Throughout my post graduate career
I have pursued on my own time my passion for writing. I have competed several
books and screenplays; had my articles published in several magazines and my
material used in a multistate million dollar advertising campaign for a major
Chicago based retailer. Other topics I have written about range from Cave Men
to Ice Cream/Candy – to Birds to Book Reviews to promoting Music to the
Introduction of EVENTOLOGY® as a
Literary Movement where 1,900 HOLIDATES in 34 different categories
‘grace’ my calendar. Life, in general,
interests me from each and every angle.
In July of 2010 I placed as a semi-finalist in an international screenwriting
competition called Scriptapalooza based in Hollywood, California “beating out”
over 3,164 other submissions. As a writer, this recognition sets me apart from
‘the proverbial pack.’
Additionally, I have been twice honored by the Southern Poverty
Law Center for my writings advocating race relation improvements.
As a firm believer in how Internet Technology aids the ‘Written
Word’ (especially so as to when a life-long writer as myself strives ‘to make a
difference in the world’ and set her compositions/manuscripts apart), I am
extremely pleased to say that one of my copyrighted ‘HOLIDATES’ called NATIONAL SPLURGE DAY ©1994 recently ‘went viral’ via
Twitter (one of the top 3 Social Media Networks) on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 and
was ‘The Talk’ of such companies (many you will recognize as household names)
as:
Pepsi, Mastercard, Bloomingdale’s,
American Greetings, Dunkin Donuts TBay,
Crate & Barrel, Belle Chevre, Herman Miller, Inc., Kiplinger, Jewish
Tweets, Cole Haan, Auntie Anne’s, Fast

AN
INSIDER’s VIEW: In the PRAM: Public Relations
– Advertising – Marketing
Industries what can happen when such an opportunity presents itself (in a
lackluster economy that Americans and others worldwide are currently finding
ourselves in and experiencing) is that these companies (who are always looking
to set themselves apart) can be approached as to IF they wish to participate in
next year’s ‘HOLIDATES’ Celebration. Luckily, in this case, the twentieth (20TH)
Year Anniversary/Birthday of NATIONAL SPLURGE DAY ©1994 happens on June 18, 2014. From the vantage point of how an Event-Planner
thinks: The timing could not be better!
This is because the playing field has been widened and I now have over
100 companiesv in which to approach to see if they
would be interested in featuring my Writings about NATIONAL SPLURGE DAY ©1994 to their audiences, thus giving a
salaried position to me (from July of 2013 – July of 2014) and in return, they
receive new customers; more visibility; and an assortment of promotional perks
that happen (features in both off and online newspapers, magazines, TV, radio
stations and websites).
NOTE:
vThe number may very well grow to be
over 100 because when a topic ‘goes viral,’ that news can be retweeted so that
tens of thousands of people receive it.
A savvy marketing department of a major Fortune 500 Company knows
this. Seeing the merit and longevity of NSD, they hire me in order to carry the Event out for their
clients, customers and fan-base. It
turns out to be a win-win situation for one and all.

WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is with great enthusiasm that I write in
support of Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith. I have known Adrienne since 2008 when we
became acquainted at the Wilmette Public Library. I am a professional
translator and interpreter and began to work regularly there, making use of the
reference materials, computer room, and other library resources, and we soon
struck up a friendship, both personal and professional. During the time that we
have known each other, I have had ample opportunity to witness first-hand
Adrienne’s work as a writer, publicist, and eventologist. She would often show
me the various projects on which she was working, both for clients and her own
creative compositions. In particular, I was struck by her skill at combining
the written word and visual imagery and her engaging prose style. In addition,
she is highly knowledgeable about the various forms of social media, such as
Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, among others, and the facility with which she
uses these media is impressive.
About a year after we became acquainted, I
first turned to her, seeking assistance with my own work. As a translator, I
work in the legal and technical fields, for the medical and pharmaceutical
sectors in particular, and the tight time constraints and lengthy size of many
of these projects sometimes prevent me from adequately reviewing, editing, and
checking my drafts before meeting a deadline. Impressed with Adrienne’s
excellent command of English, coupled with her writing and research abilities,
I sought her help as a copy editor and researcher, and her assistance has
proven to be invaluable, time and time again. She was often to devise solutions
to problems – whether linguistic or conceptual – for which I was unable find a
satisfactory solution. If my volume of work could justify it, I certainly would
hire her on a regular basis.
Based
on our working relationship of five years and the impressive strengths that
Adrienne would bring to any job, it is with confidence that I commend her to
you in the strongest possible terms.
Cordially,
Julia
