NATIONAL SPLURGE DAY©1994 that now (as said HOLIDATE) closes in on its 20TH Year ABC: ANNIVERSARY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION is gaining extraordinary Amounts of Attention:  virally, online and off.  Googling & hash-tagging THE EVENT display the Velocity it has acquired.
