ASK/Chicago: When the dire Consequences of Copyright Infringement leads to Homelessness.

DATELINE:  Monday, April 15, 2013 – 4 PM CST

Attn:   Journalists, Professors & Educators, Law Students,

Attorneys,  Intellectual Property Professionals,

Citizens-at-Large who regard and respect those who create Today’s Literature

ASK/CHICAGO ON CONTINUING MY WAR ON COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:

Now, this is a Topic we should all be discussing daily only because it deals with our Written Word, the one identifying factor that distinguishes Man from all other Animals.  Let me ask you this:

Can you say:  The Future of Literature? If so, and, if you are dually concerned about Copyright Infringement,

then, please read: http://tinyurl.com/bsrjwp9

then, please read & donate at: http://tinyurl.com/cnpxpu4

then, please read & sign the Petition at: http://tinyurl.com/cs323pe

Working together, we can scare these Infringers so they never again dare take that deadly Step that may (ultimately) cause ME to become HOMELESS any day now. These are the most horrific Cases of Copyright Infringement I have ever heard about, and perhaps you, too. When a Writer’s home is snatched from her – after living there for 22.5 years – a talented and popular Writer who is now 60.5 years old – and one who has introduced a new Literary Genre to the World, this should have never happened. It is totally despicable.

Where is the Justice?

Now a team of experts (Intellectual Property Lawyers, Teachers & Students) must be called in before Eviction comes knocking on my door – scheduled for April of 2013.

The grander picture (which is far from ‘grand’) clearly illustrates that Copyright Infringement cuts into a Writer’s Salary which many times is marginal at that; destroys Literature (because we do not (ever get to) know the Source of that ‘Entry,’ and does not give Credit where Credit is ‘writefully’ due and that is with the Writer / the Creative Person(ality)  / The Source & Resource who was totally responsible for the Penning of that Story, etc. in the first place.  In these cases:  ME.

Color ME:  ‘Outraged & Furious!’

IN CLOSING:  If you’d like to interview me for a Feature (as this can happen to any Creatif/Creator anywhere), I may be reached at the locations below.  It’s far better to email me first as I am in the mists of packing over 100 boxes of Literature  & Art I have been writing & creating since age 5.  I certainly hope my Gems and Words of Wisdom (as well as Research and Proclamations) that have appeared in:

USA Today, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Insight Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, The Chicago Sun-Times, Time Magazine,  ESPN: The Magazine; Fast Company, Redbook, More Magazine, Woman’s World, Sports Illustrated For Kids, Village Voice, Nickelodeon, The Times Picayune, The Gainesville Sun, The Springfield News-Leader, Dave Egger’s Might Magazine, The Milwaukee-Journal-Sentinel, The Detroit Free Press, The Daily Herald, The Fort Worth Star-Telegram, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Advocate/Greenwich Time, The San Antonio Express, The Dallas Morning News, Skyline, The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Home Cooking, Cooking Light, Chase’s Calendar of Events, The Daily Northwestern, Popular Photography and Imaging, Shutterbug, Kennedy’s Confection (London, England), Eric Cohen Books (Israel) and an Estonian Newspaper as well as an endless Assortment of Websites, Blogs, Facebook Postings, ‘Tweets’ on  Twitter and employing other popular Social Networks since 1984.  Besides being the Guest on over 3,000 Radio Interviews (including The Voice of America since 1990), ABC, NBC, CBS & MSNBC Television Networks have also featured me for my Creation of these Creative Words + Works.

do not find themselves out on the front curb or me meandering the most violent streets in America, as Chicago now has that title.

HOW THE PLATFORM PRESENTS ITSELF:  I also have a Selection of Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn postings that I can send you (or any of your associates) if they wish to help me promote my Dilemma.  What’s unique about all this, is that not only are there 2 Lawsuits (of which both entail suing a major TV station for not checking their facts), but the Theme (of Copyright Infringement and all that it entails) has become:

a popular Blog (with mega Entries),

conversation of Social Media Networks;

a Fundraiser; and

a Petition.

Therefore, the entire Saga/Story is taking on a life of its own since the Human Element is so tied to each of our Words and Works.  And, as the self-proclaimed ‘Poster Child of Copyright Infringement,’ it time we all group together and make our stand against those so abusive to steal the roof from over our heads.

Thank you for your time and expertise devoted to my situation here.
