MY COMMENTARY IS: Reminds me of the CARROT
Baby my Mother made for me 55 years ago, Richard out of a Real Carrot and a
small Piece of Cloth! There's also a
trend for multi-media artists who NOW make TOYS
& they are displaying at these fun/funky ART
Galleries like Rotofugi in Chicago.
Neat. After all, most people have
to stay in THESE days because of the #PolarVortex that's taken over our primary
atmospheric conditions. And, when you
get tired of playing with your tried-and-true TOYS,
it's time to get creative - exercise those BRAIN CELLS and make UR own. $ell them to Mark Zuckerberg for $19,000,000
and then you can TOY away the rest of your
days. Yup, that's my play-plan.

INCARCERATED IN TOYS THIS IS A TRUE STORY:
Once
a month, my BF & I volunteer @ a suburban #SoupKitchen where we know ‘the Regulars’
who come in for a hot and fortified Meal. While there, one of the gals strolled in and I
stopped to chat with her. Usually
accompanied by her SO: Significant Other, I was soon to find out that he is not
that ‘significant’ any more in her life.
He’s at CCJ: Cook
County
Jail
for having stolen LEGOS. Can U imagine that!
Doing
hard-time for stealing LEGOS. A grown-man who should have known better,
much, much better! I would guess he stole
them in order for his younger cousins to have some of those popular TOYS. CCJ
is a very cruel/ harsh place and highly over-crowded and no place for LEGOS to be. Undoubtedly,
he may get the begeebees kicked out of him and become the laughing stock of his
cellblock. But when I found out that HE STOLE
TOYS – and synthesized that
situation, it made me think of what Mentality would perform that Act(ion) and
how harsh his Sentence should be. Of
course, it’s not WHAT he stole as much as how many times he stole before &
a slew of other #LawandOrder type of Offences.
But TOYS
usually make us happy, in this case, it is his downfall.
I just thought I’d pass

I like UR Devotion to and
Persistence in the TOY Industry, Mr. G., as it's
always RIGHT on Target and UR constantly thinking OUT OF THE (TOY) BOX to remedy which may need a
Fix and/or Update. Additionally as ‘America’s Premier Eventologist’ since
1990, II suggest that SPECIAL
DAYS be allocated - and INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN - as TOY
Days so that people automatically ‘TOY’
(the verb here) with that Marketing
Ploy, and, therefore, buy - exchange - share TOYS.
Oh, this just hit me. And, this started years ago and it shocked me
then as I grew up in an era (1950s & 1960s) when THIS was relevant and part
of our schedules. You may recall
also. It was the fact that RECESS
was being dropped at schools. Reinstate RECESS
- a Time to Play - with TOYS and that too will help kids; increase sales and allow us and them to DESTRESS.
All of yours are Great
Pointers, BUT the Bottom Line is: They
have to be WORKED and drummed into people’s psyches and minds – not only their
pocketbooks. OR so I think.
