Taking Park City documents the Power of Creative Artistry...

...from both sides of the Camera.

TAKING PARK CITY, the 30-minute action -packed documentary that follows 2 Columbia College Chicago Students, Tanya & Norman to SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL (founded by Robert Redford)in January of 2011 is now being seen on WTTW - Channel 11 PBS during the following time slots:

For those of you setting your DVR for "Taking Park City", be sure to set it for a full hour. TPC will be half an hour followed by a presentation of "Beast" and "Marylin's Dress."

WTTW11 Thu, 04/21/2011 @ 9pm-10pm
WTTW Prime Fri, 04/22/2011 @ 3pm-4pm
WTTW11 Sat, 04/23/2011

Not only were Norman's & Tanya's films featured but the entire operation of sending an entire team to Park City to film the event (in and of itself) showed the precision, talent and art needed to make an impression in the movie industry. As a major US school offering film/development and photography to students, TAKING PARK CITY is slated to be(come) an annual feature of the Film Department at Columbia College Chicago. All students interested in 'going Hollywood' need not leave 'Sweet Home Chicago,' as their opportunities are as big here as on either coast, namely NYC & LA.

For timely updates, check out FACEBOOK/Taking Park City. Dimitri Moore is Producer of this 3-year production. As a upcoming May, 2011 graduate, Dimitri plans on opening his own production company and remaining in Chicago.

You gotta love film...
