Rachel Dubber: The Rise of Global Kindness. Combo’d with ASK: Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith's latest Comic Art Crusade: Cartoonists Against Racism ©2015. When 2 like Humanitarian Sentiments meet, watch out, World! The Best is yet to come.

National Splurge Day’s The Daily Splurge #207 for Wednesday, January 14, 2015 is a month before Valentine’s Day in which LOVE is in the Air and splurging on its Accoutrements are  what the Stores, Shops and Boutiques want us to do.  Furthermore, if you are a guy and in the dog-house, this is an ideal Way in which to get out of it.  However, there is something that we can no longer shove otu of the way; forget or get out of and it is the

REAL AND REEL THREAT

that is here to stay:
TERRORISM.

We all are on high alert.  We have been on high alert for street crime which seems to pale when thinking of the Terrorist Groups who are hell-bent on destroying our Civilization and Cultural Societies.  Enter: Je Suis Charlie.

In the wake of the Terrorist attack on PARIS as well as the heightened fear We all feel – as well as the Kids (aged 10) who are being blown up by Crazies in Nigeria, the idea of SPLURGING & doing/buying/enjoying the finer  things in life and in excess appears as unfathomable.  How can you enjoy ANYTHING when so many others are dying.

The horrifically pathetic thing is that these YOUNG KIDS do not even know they are on heightened alert.  They do not even realize they are in peril.  Their parents are selling them into death.  Immediate Death as they are being used as mules to carry the explosive, strapped to themselves to harm others, who are merely trying to live LIFE as we all are.

Therefore, in keeping with the theme of:

NATIONAL SPLURGE DAYS & YEAR OF THE SPLURGES that is now 20 years old as of June 18, 2014,

what needs to be splurged on is UNITY in order that We can all feel safer and happier.

My Facebook Friend, RACHEL DUBBER who lives in Cape Town, South Africa posted this insightful Piece straight from her heart (at 10AM Chicago Time - CST) for her Friends and Followers to consider.  It's already gone viral.

Rachel could not express that Sentiment any better.  Join in with her message. Feel free to post this - send it to your local Newspapers -  as it says IT all:

“This world needs as much kindness as it can get. I'm participating in the 'Pay it Forward' initiative: The first five people who comment on this status with "I'm in" will receive a surprise from me at some point during calendar year 2015 - anything from a book, a ticket, something homemade, a postcard, absolutely any surprise! There will be no warning and it will happen when the mood comes over me and I find something that I believe would suit you and make you happy. These five people must make the same offer on their Facebook status. Once my first five have commented "I'm in" I will forward this message to you privately, so that you can copy and paste it, and put it on your status, (don't share it) so that we can form a web of connection of kindness. Let's do more nice and loving things in 2015, without any reason other than to make each other smile and show that we think of each other. Here's to a more enjoyable, friendly and love filled year!”

SPLURGING ON KINDNESS is what Life is about. Life is too short as it is even if everyone did get along…The Time is now to act.
