SKiN ©2009: The Script, The Book & The Odyssey: The May 2, 2009 Segment

Chicago, IL USA

Most of you have seen me with GORF, the 24" tall Plush Toy Frog with the 11" Grin that I have been promoting as:

'Chicago's First Green Mascot'
'Illinois' Foremost Toy Ambassador'
'Nature's Greenest Mascot'
&
'The Icon of The Green Movement'

since January 28, 2005.

Having proclaimed: 2006-2016 as:

THE DECADE OF THE FROG
with GORF officiating

I have devoted myself to helping this Endangered Species for a Decade of my Life. What's tremendous about the Creative Process is that it (in itself) can lead to areas that were quite unbeknownst before and this is how SKiN ©2009 enters The Picture.

WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT: SKiN ©2009 is the Script & Book about GORF (that's 'Frog' back-words, you know) and 9 of his Friends (all stuffed Plush Toys found in my Toy Box as I am an ardent Toy Collector since Birth) who also 'share' the Planet with Humans (People of the likes of me and you). Many of them are also on the Endangered Species List.

SHARE may be the wrong Word. There are, as we all know Folk who won't, wouldn't and haven't shared a Thing with no one else, or ever. That is The Premise of this Composition. As a Collective Whole,

THE TROUPE (i.e.: The entire Flock of Toys)

share their Insights as to how Man has survived this l-o-n-g on The Planet.

Hey, by just having prehensile thumbs and a bigger brain does not mean you are automatically King of the World, as THE TROUPE will soon discover. That's the Ammunition The Toys have -- as opposed to Man(kind).

That forms the Basis of the 10 Toy Animals' Dialog as they very carefully uncover and discover a Treasure Trove of Facts about Surviving, especially so when many of us (OK, put the 'Blame' on your neighbors)) are prejudiced and racial.

CLOSING: Stay tuned again tomorrow and for the entire Month of May for the next Snippet sketching out The Details of and Plots behind and underlying

SKiN ©2009: The Script, The Book & The Odyssey,

my latest Creative Contribution to Modern Literature.
