ASK's comm-ANT-ary on Day #6 of: ANT APPRECIATION MONTH INTERNATIONAL ©2010

Saturday, August 6, 2011: Day 6 of the Second Global Celebration of:

ANT APPRECIATION MONTH INTERNATIONAL ©2010

For some reason, I came up with an ANT-iferous® Quote yesterday on August 5, 2011 – 1:11 PM that seemed quite appropriate. It was:

“Picnics R not the same w/o 'em!”

‘Em’, of course, pertains to ANTS. This made me think of 2 Events that happen in Nature that most of us are not cogniz-ANT about and those are:

What happens to a parcel of ground that is thoroughly flooded out?

Are ANT Colonies ‘water-proof’ under all these huge flooded plains and/or puddles?

The same question could be asked about molten lava? If a volcano erupts and spews boiling magna down the mountain side and valley, how long does it take for the ANTS to come back out?

These are 2 dire Events that prevent a decent (decANT) Summer Picnic from taking place.

I’m sure these Questions are found online somewhere, as we explore the Intricacies and ANTricacies of:
